Before any step, our Architects conduct several meetings with the clients to develop a concept of the project which may consist of a design philosophy and the overall look of how the both parties imagine their building to be. Usually this phase is done after the initial site visit

We start our designs after the site analysis with a series of sketching. We believe that an architect’s mind and hand coordination is best suited on paper and pencil rather than on softwares. After the sketching phase we make an on scale pencil sketch of our design. After that we translate those efforts into softwares where the rest planning process is continued.

After making all the working drawings and visuals, the last but the most important step is execution of what we made on paper. Execution phase consists of several site visits and a constant series of meetings with the builder to execute the design as it is.

After the complete execution, a final visit of site along with client and builder is done to ensure the quality and customer satisfaction after which the site is handedover.
